Where to get it??

First of all, you can purchase it from the Auction House.  Need gold?  Get EQ2 gold

Second, since there are many people who farm sea salt in EQ2, you can easily go on the trade channel to barter for it.  I would suggest using this opportunity to shout which eq2 recipies that you have.  Maybe you can make some EQ2 gold.

Third, you will have to go to the Thundering Steppes and go fishing near the North East corner.  The sea salt is a rare find.  Keep looking and you will get one.
